Yes, you may cancel your order unless your order has already shipped. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped. If you cancel an order that has already shipped, we will handle it like a normal return, and it will be subject to our restocking fees. We charge your card when we know we have an item in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will let you know within 72 BUSINESS hours. And we will NOT charge your credit card until the item is in stock and ready to ship. You decide if you want to wait on the item or if you want to cancel your order. Bed frames, converter bed rails, bed rails, bed frame supports, center supports, wood bed rails, mattresses, opened pillows, opened sheet sets, opened mattress pads, opened comforters, opened Create-a-kings, opened mattress toppers are not returnable.
Other products may be returned. Please contact us within 15 days of the receipt of your order. All returns must be authorized by us prior to shipping. Returned items must be shipped to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of original receipt. THE COST OF SHIPPING THE ITEM TO YOU IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT OF YOUR REFUND. Why can't I return my bed frame/bed rails? Very often the returned frame is damaged or missing parts - unfortunately, that is the nature of shipping such bulky items. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If we are provided an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with redirecting the package or packages (any address correction fees, replacement items, etc.)
Intentional Revocation of Payment:
If you mistakenly or intentionally initiate a credit card chargeback, check stop-payment, or any other form of payment revocation, we will charge you a $50.00 processing fee in addition to the original payment.
Your Mattress Warranty
It is a customer's responsibility to ensure that the bedding support ordered meets the guidelines for your mattress warranty. The Sleep Shop is not liable for any damage or warranty failure to a mattress set caused from using one of our bed frames, bed rails, or bed supports.Please consult the store where you purchased your bedding or the bedding manufacturer if you have any doubts about whether or not one of our products meets your warranty requirements.
