How do you ship your products?
We now use UPS and the postal service for all our ground shipping and express shipping.
How long does it take?
Please allow 2 - 3 business days for us to process your order. Then it usually takes 2 - 7 business days for shipping to most areas of the USA. Remember, these are estimates. The Sleep Shop will not be held responsible for shipping delays.
Will I have to be home to receive my package?
We DO NOT require a signature for most packages. Usually, the delivery driver will leave the package on a front porch, by the garage, etc. If the driver does not feel safe leaving the package at your residence, he may choose not to leave the package. This is beyond our control. If you would prefer that we require a signature for your order, please indicate this at checkout. If you want us to require a signature, this means you will have to be available to sign for your package.
Can I have my order expedited?
For an additional charge, you may opt for Overnight, 2 Day, or 3 Day services. To get an estimate for these services, first add the item to the shopping cart. Don't worry, you can always remove the item later. Below the shopping cart contents, click on the link for "Estimated Shipping Charges." Enter your City, State, and Zip Code to get the cost of express shipping options.
How will I know when to expect my order?

What if there is a problem with my order or I am missing pieces?
Please call us at 1-800-905-6252 within 15 days of the receipt of your order and we will gladly help you with replacement parts.
Do you ship mattresses?
No, we do not ship our mattresses out of our local delivery area in Western NC. We only sell mattresses to customers who can come in to one of our stores and "test drive" them. We believe it is very important to test a mattress before you buy. There are other products shown on this website that are available to our local customers in Western NC that we do not ship out of our local area. If an item can be shipped, it will be indicated on the product information page. If an item cannot be shipped, it will also be indicated on the product information page.
*Contiguous US means the lower 48 states. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. We are sorry, but we cannot ship out of the United States.

Why don't you accept returns on bed frames, bed rails and bed supports?
Returning bed frames and bed rails is not the same as returning a shirt or a pair of shoes to Target.com. Bed frames, bed rails, and bed supports are very large, bulky items that are extremely costly to ship. Due to their size, shipments of bed frames and bed rails are always subject to oversize charges, making the shipping costs even greater. It is very expensive for us to ship to you and expensive for you to ship back to us. Because we are a small company (only five full-time employees), we cannot absorb all those costs. For these reasons, we do not allow returns or exchanges on our large, bulky items. Once an item has shipped, your order cannot be cancelled or returned or exchanged. Please do not refuse an item when you receive the package to try to return the item. We will NOT accept it back and we will not issue a refund.
The main reason customers want to return an item is because of accidentally ordering the wrong size. It is really important to measure your bed. This is especially important for California King and regular King size. You may think you have the biggest bed in the world, but California King is not bigger than the regular king; it's only longer. See all the bed sizes.

We completely stand behind our products and we promises our bed frames and bed rails will be as described on our website. Unfornately, we cannot promise that one of our products will work for or with with your specific headboard, bed, etc. There are too many different types of beds for us to make that kind of guarantee. However, if you've read ALL the information we've provided, used our hook templates, etc., you can feel absolutely sure that our bed frames and bed rails will work with your bed.
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping or otherwise defective, of course, we'll help you with this issue. We'll promptly send replacement parts or whole new item if necessary at no cost to you.
