Want to add a footboard to your existing frame? - Our footboard bracket kit extends your bed frame to accommodate a footboard. Works on twin, full, queen, and king size bed frames.
- Footboard brackets attach to your existing "bolt-on" style bed frame allowing you to attach a bolt-on footboard.
- To use our footboard brackets, you will need a bed frame with holes on the side rails for bolting on the footboard brackets. If your side rails do not have holes, you will need to drill holes in your side rails using a drill with a high carbon bit designed for drilling into metal. (These are widely available at hardware stores.)

Footboard Bracket Kit - Adapter for attaching your footboard. This package includes: - Side rail extenders. You get two side rail extenders that are 7 inches long and two side rails extenders that are 13 inches long. Use the 7" extenders for twin and full size beds and use the 13" extenders for queen and king size beds.
- Two footboard brackets. The brackets measure 3" W X 4.5" H. The top and bottom holes are 4" apart.
- Hardware Hardware for attaching the side rail extenders and footboard brackets to your bed frame.
The bolts you need for attaching your footboard to the frame are sold separately. (See above)
