(Check your bed: Most beds have a moulding, cleat, or lip that supports the box spring. If your side rails have a moulding, cleat, or lip, you do not need the Bed Rail Adapter.) - Reinforces flat wooden side rails.
- Check your bed before ordering this item. Your side rail needs to be 3/4-inch thick at minimum in order to use the Bed Rail Adapter.
