There are two types of bed rails; hook-on and bolt-on. Following is a description of each type:
- Hook-on bed rail sets have two
hook-on prongs on each of the four corners of rails.
- Bolt-on bed rail sets bolt on to your existing headboard and footboard using. See a close-up view of typical bolt-on brackets that are on the ends of each bed rail.
- Use these bed rails with twin, 3/4, and full size bedding.
Bed rails are 76" long.- You'll need a headboard AND a footboard to use bed rails.
